The Group
We specialise in small and large scale solar water heating and photovoltaic systems. Our objective is to offer enhanced integrated renewable energy solutions in South Africa and the SADC region.
Products and Services
Solsquare offers our customers sustainable, state of the art renewable energy solutions. We are affiliated with respected local suppliers and have strong ties with international partners. Our products and services include consulting, planning and projecting, procurement as well as installations and maintenance. Our superior product quality allows us to provide solutions that enable trouble free usage with minimum operational and maintenance costs. We also wholesale through a rapidly growing network of certified distributors.
History
In 2007 Solsquare was established in Pretoria. Since then we have grown a national network of distributors. In 2008 Solsquare Namibia was founded in Windhoek, Namibia. In 2009 we were awarded the SABS mark of approval. In May 2010 Solsquare merged with Nova Energy to form the Solsquare Group. Nova Energy Projects now specialises exclusively on the development of large-scale projects.

The Solsquare Group is a member of the SESSA (Sustainable Energy Society of South Africa), the organization that governs the solar industry in South Africa. It is also a registered ESCO (Energy Savings Company) partner of Eskom. The products of the Solsquare Group obtained the SABS mark of approval and the prestigious German TüV mark, they have been awarded the European Energy Key and they comply with other international standards.
